BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Dave Aldrich

Board Chairman, Co-Founder

Dave is the former CEO and Chairman of the Board of Skyworks Solutions, Inc. and Alpha Industries. He is the Lead Independent Director at Belden, Inc. and a Board Member of Indie Semiconductors, Inc. and Allegro Microsystems, Inc.  Dave’s philanthropy experience includes; Trustee, Providence College and board positions at Trinity Boston Connects and GLAD, GLBTQ Legal Advocates and Defenders.

Ronnie Hoey

Board Member, Co-Founder, Executive Director

Ronnie has spent her career in a variety of corporate positions and more recently founded a local business. Her professional experience includes; Ness Technologies – Sales Force Coordinator, Bristol Myers Squibb – Project Coordinator and Johnson & Johnson – Project Coordinator. Ronnie was the owner and founder of Nan’s Café, North Reading, MA.

Laura Gasparini

Board Member

Laura spent a career as a Human Resource executive at various technology companies. Most recently she was the Corporate Vice President, Human Resources at Skyworks Solutions. Inc. Previously, she held senior HR positions at Unitrode and Alpha Industries. Laura is currently a member of the Executive Committee, NEADS World-Class Service Dogs.

Shannon Anderson

Board Member

Shannon is the Owner/Broker of Your Way Real Estate, a full-service real estate company serving Massachusetts and New Hampshire. A 20 year veteran of the real estate industry, she is an active member of the Northeast Association of REALTORS® and serves on a variety of committees including the Diversity Equity Inclusion (DEI) Task Force and Special Events Committee. She is also an active member of the Chamber of Commerce and an avid supporter of Red Cross Blood Drives.

Ronnie Hoey

Executive Director

Ronnie has been able to successfully build a team of staff, volunteers, and donors who are equally committed to the PK mission. Ronnie continues to work closely with the BOD to find ways in which Project Kompass can effectively reach more youth needing assistance. 

Kathy Moriarty

Facilities & Transportation Manager

Kathy began as a volunteer renovating our first home in North Chelmsford. After successful completion of PK North, she joined as a part-time contractor and continued to volunteer after hours. Kathy became a full-time staff member in August 2021 and is the Facilities & Transportation Manager.  She supports and handles all aspects of housing and transportation requests.

Tamika Miller

Residential Program Manager

Tamika joined Project Kompass as of September 2021. She brings many years and lots of experience working with the youth population. Tamika will be handling all case management and building individual goal plans with each resident. She will continue building the program to enhance the overall outcome and success of our residents.

Deb Holliday

Lead Volunteer

Deb has been involved with Project Kompass from the beginning. She has been a very active and important part of our team and has since committed to overseeing our volunteer program.
