Dave Aldrich
Board Chairman, Founder
Dave is the former CEO and Chairman of the Board of Skyworks Solutions, Inc. and Alpha Industries. He is the Chairman of the Board at Belden, Inc. and Indie Semiconductors, Inc. and a Board Member at Allegro Microsystems, Inc. Dave’s philanthropy experience includes; Trustee, Providence College, Board Chairman at Trinity Boston Connects and prior Board Member at GLAD, GLBTQ Legal Advocates and Defenders.

Zoe Dzineku
Board Member
Zoe has spent most of her career in public service working directly with residents as the Constituent Services Director with the Massachusetts State House and as an Administrator with Paramount Health Services. She also owned and operated a staffing services organization. Zoe holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science/Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Shannon Forsythe
Board Member
Shannon is the Owner/Broker at Century 21 Your Way Real Estate, a full-service real estate company serving Massachusetts and New Hampshire. A 20 year veteran of the real estate industry, she is an active member of the Northeast Association of REALTORS® and serves on a variety of committees including the Diversity Equity Inclusion (DEI) Task Force and Special Events Committee. She is also an active member of the Chamber of Commerce and an avid supporter of Red Cross Blood Drives.

Laura Gasparini
Board Member
Laura spent a career as a Human Resource executive at various technology companies. Most recently she was the Corporate Vice President, Human Resources at Skyworks Solutions. Inc. Previously, she held senior HR positions at Unitrode and Alpha Industries. Laura is currently a member of the Executive Committee, NEADS World-Class Service Dogs.

Ronnie Hoey
Executive Director, Board Member and Founder
Ronnie has spent her career in a variety of corporate positions and more recently founded a local business. Her professional experience includes; Ness Technologies – Sales Force Coordinator, Bristol Myers Squibb – Project Coordinator and Johnson & Johnson – Project Coordinator. Ronnie was the owner and founder of Nan’s Café, North Reading, MA.
Ronnie has been able to successfully build a team of staff, volunteers, and donors who are equally committed to the PK mission. Ronnie continues to work closely with the BOD to find ways in which Project Kompass can effectively reach more youth and expand program offerings.

Venessa Masterson
Board Member
Attorney Venessa M. Masterson is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts and the Massachusetts School of Law and has been serving the legal needs of the local community since 2006. She is currently serving as the Co-Chair of the Worcester Bar Association’s Bankruptcy Section.
Venessa is the founding Attorney of the firm and she is aggressive, thorough, persistent, and diligent in her relentless pursuit of justice on behalf of her clients. In addition to her various bar memberships, Attorney Masterson is a Title Agent for First American Title Insurance Company, a Licensed Real Estate Broker, and a Licensed General Agent of Midland Life.

Dave McLachlan
Board Member
Dave is a former Director of Skyworks Solutions Inc., Dyax Corporation and 4 other companies. He was Executive VP and Chief Financial Officer of Genzyme Corporation. Dave’s Community activities includes the Conservation Commission, Finance Committee and Master Plan Committee of Chelmsford MA. He is also a member Zoo New England’s Advisory committee.

Our Team

Kathy Moriarty
Operations Manager
Kathy began as a volunteer renovating our home in North Chelmsford. After successful completion of our first home, she became a full-time staff member in August 2021 and oversees all aspects of the day-to day operations at PK including facilities and transportation. Kathy holds a Associates degree in Culinary Arts and has spent many years in restaurant management and operations.

Wislandie (Wiz) Wescott
Residential Youth Liaison
Wiz recently stepped into the role of PK Youth Liaison which allows her to use her voice to help make continuous improvements to our program. Her life experiences allow first-hand knowledge of the issues that need to be addressed in the lives of young adults with a heavy concentration on mental-health awareness and DEIB+ advocacy.


Deb Holliday
Lead Volunteer - Facilities
Deb has been involved with Project Kompass from the beginning. She has been a very active and important part of our team and has since committed to overseeing our volunteer program.

Connie Saccone
Lead Volunteer - Mom & Me Program
Connie joined the PK Family in September 2022. She commits her time weekly to assist with the Mom & Me program caring for the babies while the moms attend Life Skills training and parenting workshops.

Gaby Spear
Lead Volunteer - In-kind Donations
Gaby has been a committed in-kind donor since 2020. Gaby handles the inventory for necessary house and personal items for all residents. She is a super-couponer and often shares her secrets with the PK Family.
