Our Programs

Support That Meets People
Where They Are.

Through safe transitional housing and the Project Kompass Community Center, we provide adaptable, person-centered support that responds to real-time needs. By walking alongside individuals and families, and in partnership with trusted community organizations, we address immediate challenges such as housing instability, food insecurity, and access to essential resources, while building pathways toward long-term stability, dignity, and independence.

Housing

We provide safe, stable transitional housing for young women (18–24), new moms, and their babies, paired with structure, life-skills, and parenting support. This program creates the foundation for stability during critical transitions, helping residents take accountability, build confidence, consistency, and a path toward long-term independence.

PKCC

The Project Kompass Community Center (PKCC) is a welcoming hub that extends support beyond housing, serving men, women, children, and families across the broader community. Through food access, essential resources, life-skills education, and partner-led services, the PKCC meets people where they are and responds to real needs as they arise.

Project Farm

Project Farm is a hands-on program that offers the opportunity to connect with farm animals and explore over 40 acres, creating space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect. In partnership with Hidden Pond Farm Derry, we welcomed more than 850 visitors in 2025, offering meaningful opportunities for connection and outdoor engagement.

Jump Start

The JumpStart Scholarship provides financial support to individuals in the Greater Lowell and Lawrence communities pursuing education, certification, or workforce training. By reducing financial barriers and supporting goal-driven pathways, the scholarship helps community members invest in their future and move toward long-term stability and independence.
